Vice President, Finance and Treasurer. Responsible for global Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations.

Recruited and built Company’s first internal Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations functions.

Implemented Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls and procedures.

Co-lead M&A integration efforts across finance functions.

Implemented long-term tax strategy initiatives including the overhaul of the Company’s legal entity structure.
