UG Project:

“BRIDGELESS HIGH POWER FACTOR BUCK CONVERTER”

Description : A bridgeless buck power factor correction rectifier that substantially improves efficiency at low line of the universal line range is introduced. The proposed rectifier doubles the rectifier output voltage, which extends useable energy after a dropout of the line voltage. By eliminating input bridge diodes, the propose rectifier efficiency is improved.

PG Project:

“ANALYSIS OF SWITCHED CAPACITOR BASED STEPPED INVERTER FOR PV APPLICATIONS”

Description : The nine level inverter is proposed for stand-alone Photo-voltaic system with a novel PWM control scheme. The proposed nine level inverter consists of single –phase conventional H-bridge inverter, three bidirectional switches and four capacitor voltage dividers. The performance of the nine level inverter is compared with five and seven level inverter through MATLAB simulation results.
