Thru this process whether verbal or written, a clear and concise understanding is established promoting goals and objectives, and the means of achieving them. I am comfortable one on one or addressing a crowd/group. I tend to be more direct and up front.

LEADERSHIP

I have managed cross-functional teams throughout most of my career(s).

By listening to what others have to say and are most concerned about, I have always been able to come up with the best resolve to issues, bringing the team together.

While at Swagelok I, along with a team, put together two lean manufacturing cells increasing thru-put by 20%.

While at Star, I encourage a see it, own it philosophy. This was key in creating ownership of processes along with daily, weekly, and monthly outcomes amongst the team on second shift.

I effectively use Kanban/KPI’s to pictorially demonstrate previous goals/objectives, present goals/objectives, and future goals/objectives. This help’s to drive production toward the over goals and is easily understood by all.

Reviews always closed with goal setting and a means by which to achieve them.
