2000 - 2004: - Stage Manager "Fest'Napuan", a four days National Annual Music Festival
-Organized and Stage managed UnelcoAgabbella Competition. A three day Music Competition funded by Unelco, Vanuatu.
2002: - Ground Manager and Stage Manager of the Fourth Melanesian Arts Festival. The Melanesian Festival of Arts is held every four years and last for 1O days each time. The Melanesian Countries involved are Vanuatu, Fiji, New Caledonia, Solomon Islands and PNG.
2001: - Director and Manager of Tua theatre. Tua theatre produced plays mainly for the awareness of violence against women. Here theatre is used to generate discussion on the issues of domestic violence and women against violence.
1997 – 2001: - Farm Hand at Nangiloc Coolignanan Farm – Victoria, Australia: – Tree/ Vine planting, Punch trimming, Spraying, Fruit picking, Carting, fruit packing etc …. All farm hand work
1996: - Founded Vanuatu Young People's Project initially known as SPR project- funded by the Canadian University Services Overseas (CUSO). It is the result of the needs assessment survey in Blacksands in 1995. The project was later affiliated with the Vanuatu Cultural Center but originally established in Blacksands.
1995: - Designed and participated in the Urban Settlement Needs Assessment Survey carried out in Black Sands settlement outside Port-Vila. The findings were published in UN report on sustainable development plan for Vanuatu - 1996. The result of the project also recommended the establishment of the Kam pusum hed klinic and the Helt Force theatre attached to Wan Smolbag theatre.
