MAC (Move, Add and Change) and Client Connection project involved handling tickets for moving, adding and changing network and voice drops (ports) and devices at various client locations. It also involves resolving of various L1 and L2 tickets associated with MAC and troubleshooting L1 and L2 level tickets which covered various issues like ports being down, VOIP phones not getting registered, switch port configurations, VLAN issues etc. and setting up IPsec tunnel for remote client location to the centralized data center for network /VoIP connectivity.

Have Implemented IPsec tunnel from client location to the centralized Data Center and performed end to end testing.
