Project Work
Design of a Temporary Train Station
The aim of this project was to develop soft skills such as teamwork, leadership, communication and time management. The project was also designed to put learnt hard skills into practice such as use of AutoCAD, Sketch up and IT.
Within this project, my role mainly focused on distributing the tasks; members to work accordingly and to finish on time. I was involved in leading other members on site investigation and came up with concept designs and produced 3D and 2D models using hand sketching, AutoCAD and Sketch up. Assessing risks and safety issues as well as presenting the findings of the project were also parts of my duties within the group.
The outcome was positive Good feedback from other team members and the project assessor were obtained; Over 70% average. The skills learnt within this project involved time management, leadership, team work, design processes including manual sketches and calculations, as well as producing detailed reports.

Data Entry Director April 2013-May 2013 Worked as a director for the independent Electoral Commission of Iraq. Developed communication skills by dealing with the people and directing them how to enter the data and cooperate staff.
