I provide technical assistance to customers for their satellite installation meters and other RF test equipment we manufacture.

I also provide in house IT services. I install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the company computer resources. This includes 20 desktop PCs running Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8.1, and 10. I also install software and trouble shoot software problems. This includes MS Office and Made 2 Manage. I also maintain the Made 2 Manage server, our primary domain controller, networking infrastructure, daily backups, etc.

My third title at the company is final QC. I have written the QC procedures for our Super Buddy and XR-3 lines of equipment. I also perform these duties daily on new and repaired units to verify they are fully operational before leaving the facility.
