Leadership
Created a new program leading a diverse staff of five Trainers, three Team Leads, and Quality Assurance in conjunction with Human Resources team, to ensure all OSHA safety requirements and necessary aids were available for trainees through the transition process from training room to manufacturing division with a 100% transition success rate.
Implemented government funded national program between the Philadelphia Independent School District and private sector resulting in an 85% increase in revenue.
Directed the implementation of new online database program resulting in increased transparency of data throughout the system and improved overall adult learner experience.
Training Management
Developed, managed, and delivered all necessary aspects of training including procuring equipment, space requirements, labor costs while managing a budget of >200K for the Dallas Lighthouse for the Blind Textile program ensuring the needs of both executive level and management were met by using a matrix driven evaluation model, utilizing an ADDIE methodology.
Managed the audit and reporting as it pertains to Quality Enhancement Plan, foundational courses, entrance and placement exams, as well as learning outcomes for regional accreditation body with and exemplary outcome and no findings.

Training Development
