Leadership

Created a new program leading a diverse staff of five Trainers, three Team Leads, and Quality Assurance in conjunction with Human Resources team, to ensure all OSHA safety requirements and necessary aids were available for trainees through the transition process from training room to manufacturing division with a 100% transition success rate.

Training Management
