1) Minor Project (Speed Detector)

The Aim of this project is to develop a device that detects over speeding of vehicle on highways and alerts traffic authorities in case of any speed limit violation., that’s why we developed a Speed Detector system. We have used 89s51 microcontroller which is 8051 series microcontroller and used IR sensors, IR transmitters and IR receivers, Buzzer, Led, which was successfully completed within the required time.

2) Major Project (Soil Moisture Sensor)

The project is designed to develop an automatic irrigation system which switches the pump motor ON/OFF on sensing the moisture content of the soil. In the field of agriculture, use of proper method of irrigation is important. The advantage of using this method is to reduce human intervention and still ensure proper irrigation. We have used A 40 pin microcontroller from 8051 family is used in this project. And used 230 V mini submersible pump is used in the project.
