HR Responsibilities:
All HR benefit related responsibilities including, new hire in-take process/orientation, recruitment, writing/editing Job Ad’s and descriptions, new hire screening, managing employee vacations, and managing insurance benefits.
Coordinate company recruiting process by posting open positions, screening resumes, phone screen candidates; process and administer new hire paperwork, keep personnel files organized and up-to-date; oversee new hire ISO training.

Build and maintain a close working relationship with the client for reporting, data injuries, reviews, safety and effective initiatives to enhance work performances. Compliant with client requirements and Adecco requirements.

Staffing Consultant/Recruiter – June 2010 – promotion
Recruit for qualified candidates according to job criteria using databases, networks, internet recruiting sources, cold calls, media and referrals to skill market candidates.
Maintain communication and build relationships with clients as well as candidates, to ensure associate and customer satisfaction.
Perform in-depth behavioral interviews with potential candidates, write resumes, conduct necessary background checks, process new hire paperwork and orientation materials.

Advocate for Veteran Affair claimants providing information about a broad range of benefits and assisting with applications for benefits and services.
Legal technician gathering requisite evidence from medical, military, community, and other sources to support benefit determinations.
