June 2016 through 12 2016 Incredible Technologies, Inc. Just completed a short term part time contract with an assembly company in Vernon Hills, IL. Objective was to evaluate existing work practices and recommend operating and quality system procedures to stabilize their effectiveness and quality levels. Review completed and basic procedural changes established. Contract completed! Company is currently in a high product demand squeeze thus not able to pursue more a refined lean operating approach at this point. Possibility of return contract in 2017! References available!
2013-2015 QUALITY SYSTEMS MANAGER: NN, INC. -V-S INDUSTRY DIVISION
In this position I reported to the Operations Manager and was responsible for their TS; ISO; and CQ- 9 HEAT Treating Systems. I completely revised and updated their set of quality manuals, then implemented the newly revised system on the shop floor. In addition, I conducted their internal auditing system training of in-house auditors to conduct system audits. I developed and implemented their Five- s Process Control Program. I worked closely with the quality and production staff at all levels to resolve customer issues and oversee the problem solving actions. Left position when forced into early retirement by new owners as company was to close!
