I am a BPO professional with 8 years in the BPO-ITES Industry. I worked with Lumina Datamatics Ltd. [LDL] in its SGML, XML & data capture and conversion domain. This domain basically takes care of all the projects related to E-publishing. During this tenure I have played various roles like Trainee-Trainer, Senior-Executive, Coordinator, Quality Advisor and Team Leader. I have worked on various projects related to legal and analytical data processing.
