divisions. Homestar has grown to over nine billion dollars over the last three years through acquisition,
expansion and the implementation of innovative technology solutions.
Primary responsibilities included setting the scope of work with the CIO to create a corporate IT vision and roadmap, implementation of technology solutions and managing the Helpdesk, IT Operation, Communications and Application development teams.
Reporting to the CIO, responsible for the day-to-day administration of all computer systems, communications and telephone systems, including managing 12 direct reports and multiple vendors supporting a multi-platform 40+ location infrastructures.
Responsible for the technical planning to facilitate growth and expansion. Responsible for IT projects, work plans and resource allocation for the expansion of over 20 branch locations. Created an ISP from the ground up including the infrastructure, products, services and pricing.
