Maintenance Supervisor

Schedule service and preventive maintenance schedule all unit rig like the schedule of service of 250 hour, 500 hour, 750 hour, until 1000 hour.

Schedule checked rig for weekly and monthly checklist report all unit rig.

Controlling Mechanic job operational in the rig, make SOP for the maintenance and service rig, make JSA for the maintenance and service all unit rig.

SOP and JSA for rig down and moving rig, I give training L.O.T.O (Log out / Tag Out) to all mechanic drill on site.

Schedule for back to back (in / out) on the site, I make schedule for job welding man, give the report data work for mechanic every weekly to client and to manager operational send by email, make flow chart for arrangement report a mechanic about trouble in the rig.

Senior Mechanic

If standby in Workshop Jakarta doing Preventive Maintenance, Over Haul, Repairs & Service such as Rig (UDR 650, 1000, Shcream 500, LF70, LF90, Edson, MaxiDrill, LY LM 75 ) - Support Equipment (Yanmar/Kubota/Cummins Engine), Pumps (FMC, Sunchin, Southern Cross, Mono Pump, etc) & Rig Tools (Inner Tube Wrenches, Ridgid Wrenches, Chuck Wrenches). Assembly Chuck Jaw set Head Gear Box & Rotation Head.

Senior Mechanic
