Managing the support of the assignments in a multitude of ways incorporating the company goals within the strategic alignment with the institutional policies and procedures while managing the support team, projects, budget and planning initiatives.

Lead role in bid preparation, securing contracts and making sales presentations for prospective clients.
Continue Business Development activities in the local market. Directly influenced the award of repeat projects
Secured the contract for east coast expansion of a big box retailer (9 stores)
Secured $61 Million Marriot expansion.
Secured first major A+ hospital recommendation for builder in 10 years.
Contracted the largest dollar volume Target in the country.

Responsible for the construction of the largest dollar volume Target in the United States. Achieved the completion for scheduled soft opening as projected prior to start of projects.

Directed a staff of 15 to 20 engineers, superintendents and clerical workers for 5 years.
Prepared monthly status reports and reported to NJBA and DBC on the status of the projects.
Secured multiple additional projects from the State of New Jersey at the Capitol Complex in Trenton We were awarded a total of $161 Million
in contracts for the State.
Met weekly with Operations manager and General Manager to provide update and solutions to any problems.
Advised the State Attorney General of contractors who were delinquent in affirmative action reports and performance.
Worked closely with staff to maintain high levels of productivity and motivation. Held frequent huddle and group events to encourage strong
working relationships and team building.
Developed solid plan to improve areas of weakness discussed in evaluations. Fostered open door policy for work problems to be resolved.
