March 3, 2000 - Dell Computer Corporation
April 7, 2014 First position was technical support for Major Business Account Portables.
Supported laptops with, Hardware, software, warranty information and networks. I assisted Dell Computer with special projects like the Windows 2000 VOS (Virtual Operating System) as well as the Web Design team. I transitioned to Early Life Support (ELS) Group. Along with the normal technical troubleshooting, I also updated documentation of systems within the first 90 days Out of box and reported directly to engineers with suggestions and solutions for possible fixes with theses laptops. I transitioned to Dispatch Management Center (DMC) where I was promoted to a Level 2 technician and responsible for verifying that troubleshooting procedures were being practiced, as well as the correct diagnosis. I had to log information into a spreadsheet document evaluating the performance of the outsource technicians and how they could improve the customer experience. I had manager level access to guarantee that the customer got the best customer support available. I was accepted into International support for overseas customers to receive parts and service on laptops, desktops, printers and servers. I also became part of the Federal support team as well as the Secure Support team. These were home based positions where I was self managed.

(Electronic Component Assembly & Test). Was assigned to SMS Prep on the
Green line. And after four months, was transferred to the warehouse where

July 12, 1996 Started in the RF Match Department where I Assembled Assorted
Components, Installed Components in RF Match, Wrote procedures for
RF Match Calibration, Inspected, packaged and shipped RF units.
Transferred to AC Modules four months later. I Implemented Lean
Manufacturing on an assembly line, carried out Customer Service Calls,
Aided in tool layout, and learned to build System AC, Main AC, and HTF
systems.

June 4, 1995: Started as a part-time salesman and was soon given a full-time position.
After 1 year promoted to Manager, and was promoted to manage two more
stores before departure. Responsible for inventory, sales, complete knowledge
of stores merchandise, customer service, P&L for store, Payroll and
Scheduling for my employees. I also established new accounts both
Commercial and individual accounts as well as product support for consumer
Products.
