Managing 2 business unit's with two shifts in a 520,000 square foot distribution center and a 20,000 square foot parts fulfillment center.

Was the contact person for MFG. suppliers coming in from China, Mexico and United States. Ensured quality control inspections were done on all incoming products.

Ordered and transferred parts from other sources and moved to the Mexico plant or use them for rework production at the Kentucky plant.

In charge of all production work such as assembly, knitting, repackaging and rework.

Work on international project management teams.

Was on the Budget/P&L team.

Duties included KPI's, distribution standard operating procedures, warehousing layout, maintenance, hr issues, and inventory control.

Help setup a AS400/JDE/WMS/RF scanner automated operating system.

Acted as liaison between the distribution center and 18 satellite warehouses.

Developed and mentor a group of eight supervisors and up to 100+ employees.

Oversaw all product holds, damage returns, shipping tests, returns, cycle counts and production done at this facility.

Work with the VP and Director of Engineering to ensure quality control was at ISO14000 and ISO9001 standards.
