When working at financial services, I held the responsibility of logging all the mail and accounts payable to their respective recipients. I was asked to make documents and collect and file checks.

Manage the front desk, answer calls and direct calls. Log mail and file mail. Shred paper, pull and file checks. Create documents on the computer as asked. Assist Graduate assistants in their projects.

I also preformed basic clerical tasks of keeping a tidy well organized office space.

The job I held required a lot of patience and diligence especially when it came to dealing with money and bills. I am a responsible employee and quick with instruction
