HealthVerity is a relatively new IT startup that is developing a cloud-based platform that enables healthcare providers to discover, license, and link HIPAA compliant and de-identified healthcare data.

In this brief role, I interviewed key stakeholders and conducted a heuristic evaluation and functional prioritization of the current in-development UI. Next, made recommendations based on my experience. I then created mockups in Sketch for key elements of the interface including cards, search, filtering, and checkout.

Sr. User Experience Designer (contract position)

February 2016 – September 2016

All aspects of user experience & interaction design including IA & content strategy work, wireframing/prototyping, leading guerilla usability testing sessions, as well as some art direction and visual design. This was for clients such as Michael Nutter, The Philadelphia Water Department, The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society, and The City of Boston.

Working with the product manager in defining requirements based on stakeholder interviews and user stories for each interface

Developing interactive prototypes using Marvel and Justinmind to demonstrate flow
