ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER – PLANT (REGIONAL PLANT MANAGER)

Taking approvals from higher management for Rate Variations through rate variation notices. Preparing equipment Disposal schedule based on company policy and equipment financial balance sheet and end of month report for plant list, internal rates of equipments, major provisions, undercarriage provisions, lease equipments and disposal schedules.

Maintenance & Operations

Providing technical support for special required equipments like Water Tankers, Low Loaders, Fuel Station, Lube Station, etc. Formulating budgets, ensuring proper asset management, supervising daily work and shift activities; generating various process reports for all the machines & lines.
