WORK EXPERIENCE
2010- Present Washington River Protection Services (WRPS)
Sampling Operations Project Manager – Responsible for managing waste sampling activities, Fleet Maintenance, Corrective Action Management and budget (Cost Account Manager) for Project Operations. Additional duties include Management Assessments, Records Management, management of bargaining unit and exempt personnel. Recent issues with vapors have added significant work issues regarding the use of respiratory protection for the workers
Sampling Operations Field Work Supervisor – Performed supervision of sampling events in the tank farms, ensuring that all regulatory and nuclear facility expectations were met. Ensured a high level of personnel safety during the high risk sampling evolutions. Also directly supervised bargaining unit personnel.
2007 – 2010 CHPRC Soil and Groundwater Sampling
Operations Supervisor – Performed Sample Management of the groundwater wells at Hanford, including supervision of bargaining unit personnel, approval of sample documentation, and management of sample wastes per EPA and Ecology requirements.
2005 – 2007 CHPRC Burial Ground Project
Operations Supervisor – Performed supervision of bargaining unit personnel for Burial Ground Waste Retrieval Project.
2000 – 2005 Fluor Hanford
Manager – Managed Corrective Action Management personnel. Personnel performed root cause analysis across the Hanford Site. These analyses were then documented and entered into a corrective action management tracking system (CAMS) for reporting and closure purposes. Worked closely with DOE and senior level management on formal Corrective Action plans (CAPs).
