Description: The Autoloading application accepts Purchase Order (PO) and Quote data submitted from multiple clients/applications and loads these transactions into the Order Ship Bill System (OSBC). Currently, only GEEPI parts are eligible for Autoloading; non-GEEPI parts are parsed and sent via email to the designated parts business owner. Autoloading currently supports EDI, Flat File and XML Purchase Orders from External (Commonwealth Edison, TVA, etc) and Internal Customers (Contractual Services, GE Parts Edge and New Unit Spares). The systems are being capable of receiving EDI requests. GEEPI has prioritized, the implementation of interfaces based on their business requirements.
