The purpose of the Dell Print NAOM project is to create Data Warehouse with a more integrated level for analysis of sales, finance and profit. The main aim of the project to extract OMAR data from OMEGA and decommission the legacy system.

Project Description:

This application is developed to consolidate various SALES and Order related information coming from different sources based on different regions like APJ, EMEA, OMAR, GLOBAL AR into Teradata Base tables from which it is loaded to Package tables.

There are various views which extract the data from Package tables based and from them business reports are generated.

Responsibilities:

Interacting with Business Analyst to understand the business requirements.

Analyzing requirements to refine and transform into functional specifications.

Analysis of the specifications provided by the clients.

Review of mapping documents to start development.

Extracting data from sources like Oracle and Flat Files using Power center designer and transforming them using the business logic and loading the data to the target warehouse.

The purpose of the Sonic BI project is to create Data Warehouse with a more integrated level for analysis of sales, finance and profit.

Project Description

Sonic Automotive is one of the largest automotive retailers in the United States which operates in various states with multiple dealerships representing several different brands of automobiles. These dealerships provide numerous services, including sales of new and used cars, sales/service of replacement parts, vehicle maintenance, warranty service, painting, and collision repair services; arrangement of extended warranty contracts, financing, and insurance for the company's customers.

The project was mainly divided into two phases. The first phase involves loading the data from DMS systems and other External systems into staging through ETL Tool Informatica and then to DWH which is used by BI reporting teams to generate several critical Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports.

Responsibilities:

Project Description

This Project mainly deals with the loading the data into the EDW in all the 3 regions (Asia Pacific, EMEA and US). Informatica is used for creating the mappings and workflows.Data is loaded into the tables on daily, Weekly and Monthly basis. Scheduling is done through DAC and Informatica based on the volume frequency of the loads.

Responsibilities

Gathered and analyzed requirements by meeting business stakeholders and other

technical team members prior to the design of ETL.

Understanding High Level ETL Requirement specifications to develop LLD.

Created the mappings using different transformations like Source Qualifier, Expression, Filter, Router and Lookups based on the requirements.

Project Objective:

The Project Dealer Commission system (Callidus) is one of the very few green field project, developed and support by IBM for Vodafone. This is to create a commissions system which will have the responsibility for calculating both external and internal commission payments for Vodafone Australia business parterners known as Dealers. This is implemented using a package which is specialized in computing commissions in various industry segments known as Truecomp. The project uses True Integration (Informatica ETL tool), Truecomp rules engine and TrueInformation/Actuate reporting tools.

Project Description:

This system will process the incoming data feeds (Data Integration), run a batch processing job to calculate commissions (Truecomp Pipeline), extract the operational data (Report ETL) into a reporting repository (Data Mart) and produce data extracts for downstream systems.

Responsibilities:

Interacted with business community and gathered requirements based on changing needs.

Developed standard ETL framework to enable reusability of similar logic in all data operations.

Involved in System Documentation of Dataflow and methodology.
