Taking on additional responsibilities as designated by the Program Manager to tracking more than 20,000 assets as 6 major Nortel offices, and daily end user support.
Worked directly with technicians to raise metrics at six major HP sites to an A rating.
Received accolades by both Essintial and HP Global Program manager for personal performance to ensure an A rating for the Service Level Agreement to end of the contract agreement.
