Select Portfolio Servicing – Tax Researcher II- Sending origination documents to mortgage insurance carriers (clients) for the purpose of filing and completing client requests.
*BPMI Processing- Borrower paid mortgage insurance, generate a work a report to ensure all
borrower payments are accurately sent to mortgage insurance clients (Genworth, PMI, RMIC,
Triad, United Guaranty, MGIC, Radian).
*Foreclosure Sale Reporting- Reporting to mortgage insurance companies the results of a
Foreclosure sale the day after it took place.
*Filing 2nd lien claims- Pulling origination documents, prior servicer payment histories, SPS
Payment histories, SPS collection notes. E-mailing clients appropriate and accurate
documentation in regards to filing a claim.
*Pushing Documents: Everyday process of pulling origination documents requested and sending
to mi carriers for the purpose of filing claims.
*Client Communications- Answer client questions in regards to loan status (example if loan is in
a bankruptcy status or if a short sale had occurred etc.).
*WAMU Reporting-Sending monthly WAMU report to Chase Bank.
*Monthly Default Reporting- Generate and send a report to all clients on a monthly basis,
on the status of the loans on the report.
*MIPBOA Task
*Check Log- Generate a daily report through Data Watches system to verify checks that have
cut the previous day; and then proceed to prepare a shipping label in preparation for the daily
mail pick-up.
*Digimail- Electronic mail system that is checked on the a daily basis, mail is than archived to loan
or distributed to appropriate person.
*Chronology Task- A daily task in which chronologies are requested by me from law offices.
Once received, the chronology doc is pushed to mi carrier for claim filing purposes.
*HUD Task- A daily task in which Origination HUD documents are requested and pulled by me for
claim filing purposes.
Tax Researcher II – Core Logic (formerly First American Tax Research) Sandy, Utah 1/10-6/13
Responsible for the conversion and payment of non-escrow loans for property tax.
-Provided research and problem resolution services.
-Making phone calls to tax collector agencies to obtain amounts for payment.

- Responsible for research of C serviced loans that have balances still due on the account.
- Responsible for the source causing of the delinquent amounts and to get it paid current. Example if there is a delinquent assessment bill, I would get the amount due with penalty and pay it, then research as to who is responsible for the delinquency and charge penalty to that person etc.
