Managed USAF Logistics account and the Davis School District account. Saved on average 30% of yearly budget ($3,000 per year).
Instructed approximately 4,000 cadets. Taught subjects in USAF logistics, history, aircraft maintenance concepts, aircraft airframe and power-plant methodology from component identification, to troubleshooting and component removal and installation. Led an Aircraft Maintenance Field Training Detachment in courses taught (15), and hours of teaching (30% more per year/instructor), which reduced the Wing’s training deficiency (backlog) by 40% and reduced training aircraft down time by an average 30% by initiating swing shift training.
Redesigned four courses, reducing time required to complete the mandatory training. This also allowed a reduction in airman (8 AFSCs/aircraft maintainers and two logistics/supply courses).
