Syncrude Inter Corridor Relocation(ICR) Pipeline Project: (13 km long corridor pipeline project consists of three pipelines of Froth - NPS 36, Process water - NPS 30, Natural Gas - NPS 14. The pipelines were designed to relocate existing lines beside the shell boundary to new location for expansion of shell plant.).

Pembina MBU / NBU Pipeline Project: (Pipeline project was 9 km long, NPS 16, 10 for transporting crude and propane (C3+) from Namao Junction Terminal to RFS through Godbout).

Reviewed survey reports, master crossing list, preliminary routing to match drawings (Tie-Ins, Valve stations), finalized bends quantities. Reviewed geotechnical report to identify buoyancy area.

Performed pulling force calculation for Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD), and compared force with stress calculation of hoop buckling, installation stress (combined loads), and operating loads.

The dilbit pipeline has capacity to transport 544,000 bpd (492,000 bpd annualized daily average).

Performed wall thickness calculation for line pipe and crossing. Validated calculation compare with company guideline, regulatory requirement (AER), Codes (CSA z662) and Standards (API_RP1102).

Performed buoyancy control for Geotextile bag, saddle weight, continuous concrete coating, bolt on weight, bolt on weight with wood lag, screw anchor etc. in different medium (Muskeg, muddy water, water).
