Receive incoming calls from our clients with pest activity, process information and page out to the appropriate Service Specialist or Branch. I Handle various special projects as requested. Also take Brand Standard calls to the call center and help with their user names and passwords, help to navigate the systems they need to use to complete their reports for us, as well as get the caller to the correct support person when necessary. I also pull and process a report weekly that will send out surveys to our clients that received audits the previous week so that they can rate Steritech on the service they received.
