Over 20+ years of nursing, healthcare management, and management experience in diverse organizations including but no limited to: administration & personnel services, case management, human resources and marketing. ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Management and Administration

Organized and developed repair and service facility for a mining division of family-owned business; while managing 25+ employees, all aspects of daily operations, marketing and direct customer sales, resulting in increased division sales, revenue and profits.

Developed, implemented, and evaluated various policies and procedures in compliance with Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JACHO), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).

Oversaw the development of a new 64 bed wing specializing in sub-acute care as Director of Case Management and later as Director of Nursing.

Opened a new home health agency, within six to nine months became the highest agency with the most billable visits within the organization in Southwest Florida, performing approximately 2200-2500 visits/month. Training and Development

Assisted in development and implementation of numerous disease specific health teaching programs, resulting in increased awareness among staff and patients.

Developed various Medical Boards to include a variety of specialties.

Assisted in the development and implementation of neonatal training programs for staff and patient’s parents; resulting in increased infant survival and long-term health.

Assisted in implementation of community volunteer program for the neonatal unit - The Cuddler Program; in order to alleviate the staff and provide comfort to the patients.
