Resume:

February *, **** RE: CFO – Sarasota

My career as a C-level executive has been centered on construction service based industries, KPI analysis/improvements, multi-site locations, strategic planning, business development and client/customer retention and satisfaction. My specialty is building strong companies while developing solid, innovative teams that adapt to the changing needs of clients and the industry. Although my title did not include CFO, I have an accounting degree and performed all CFO functions for 9 years with the construction company. My role included banking relationships, bonding, project/job cost analysis, strategic planning, contract negotiations/review, vendor pricing negotiations, A/R monitoring and analysis, insurance negotiations (WC, Auto, GL, Umbrella, Health), capital expenditures, estimating (designed an estimating program as an Excel 1.4M byte program specific to our specialized type of construction), business development, safety and operations. In year six new ERP programs that included accounting, project management and estimating were investigated, compared and installed. In addition, I worked closely with the CPA firm (Clifton Larson Allen). A partner from the firm is one of my references. Eleven years of my career was with Waste Management Inc. ($12B) an international environmental services based company, (including international assignments in Stockholm, London and Milan), financially responsible for multi-location entities ranging from $10m to over

$180M. At the largest location (Italy) I was the Director of Solid Waste, (Chief Operating Executive) for the subsidiary which had 70+ legal entities, over 100 locations and an excess of 5,000 employees. While serving as a COO of a publicly traded company and during my tenure with Waste Management Inc., I was heavily involved with mergers and acquisitions, including acquisition integrations. In 2001, after extensive senior corporate experience, an opportunity emerged to change industries and become Entrepreneur/President/CEO of a $2.7M structural construction company. In a four-year period the company organically grew tenfold to

$22.7M and went from 23 to 200+ employees through strategically redirecting the company to focus primarily on specialized types of structural construction. In addition, the development of relationships with regional and national decision makers, communities and industry organizations helped solidify the company's presence. The requirement of substantial training (including extensive safety training) allowed our employees to become experts in this field. The company exceeded the three-year acquisition proforma EBITDA results each year. I currently hold a State of Florida CBC (Certified Building Contractor) license. Completed construction projects include:

• Hospital super flat addition (Floors 6th thru 10th)

• Command Center for US Airforce (MacDill AFB)

• Educational facilities

• Warehouse / Big box retail space

• Small box retail space

• Airport structures

• Churches

• Multi-million dollar homes

• Multi-family dwellings

Recently I served as a transitional CEO of a service based company (HVAC service provider), requiring me to recruit and develop a new management team, developed strategic marketing / rebranding program, cultivate a customer focus service orientated culture and installed enhanced processes and procedures.

My entire career has been focused on:

• Working with management to develop policies, procedures and key performance metrics impacting profitability

• Designing and working with engineers and architects to develop innovative structural designs for buildings

• Initializing banking relationships including growth financing and capital investments

• Developing, mentoring, motivating and leading a strong management team

• Leading marketing and business development (organically and through M&A)

• Providing quality service safely, on-time and anticipating future needs

• Focusing on improvements at all levels to increase bottom line performance

• Working with teams to set goals, objectives and accountability

• Promote an environment that is positive and success driven

• Building strong relationships with customers, regulators and business associates

• Promoting an “open-door” policy to create and maintain a positive work culture

• Initiating strategic growth

• Sound fiscal responsibility

As a C-level executive in personnel centric construction service based businesses I have had full P&L responsibility and focused on processes, procedures and key performance metrics that created the best return for owners and/or equity firms. I welcome the opportunity to talk with you and discuss how my experience could benefit your client. My resume is attached for your convenience. Thank you for your time and consideration. Michael J. Leannah
