Adverse Drug Effect Analysis By NLP Technique Based On The Consumer Opinion On Social Media

The objective of the project is to design a machine learning-based system to extract mentions of ADRs(Adverse Drug Reaction) from the highly informal text in social media and to give the graphical representation of drug analysis. The consumer opinion about the drug are collected form the microblog like twitter and each tweet was annotated for the presence or absence of ADR mentions. The collected datasets are subjected to preprocessing and opinion mining .Finally the positive and negative reviews along with the adverse side effect of a drug is analyzed.
