To study aims at finding whether the employees have experienced performance appraisal related grievance, if so how organizations handle them using grievance redressal systems. The various factors that led to such grievance and the after effects of it in the work behaviour of the employee are also targeted.

Represented Tamil Nadu in National Level Athletic Competition Triathlon in the year 2009.

Won 2nd in State Level Athletic Competition in Triathlon in the year 2009.
