Its a Complaint capturing solution, as defined by U.S. Consumer Fairness policy, in an oral or written communication that expresses dissatisfaction with a CITI product, service, policy, employee or a third-party service provider acting on Citi’s behalf.

Responsibilities:

Citi eSMS is a fulfillment application hosted under Eclipse umbrella. It caters to all the Customer needs to any Citi product like Credit Card maintenance etc. CTO will work backend on the process request over a 2-step maker-Checker BPM process to validate and approve any demand.

Citibank Banco PJ BPM project was intended to convert the manual process for Corporates Account Opening for the Corporates in Brazil to an automated process thereby decreasing the turnaround time for the account opening process from 20-25 working days to nearly a week.

Citibank is one of the largest full service banks in the world offering an unparalleled range of products and services. Project involved support and maintenance of TIBCO Infrastructure i.e. domain creation, EMS Setup and maintenance, & application support.

Responsibilities:

Deployment, maintenance, & administration of TIBCO applications on different environments.

Used Tibco utilities like domain utility, AppManage, buildear and Obfuscate etc.

Responsibilities:

Worked on BW designer – DB, File adapter, Mapper, XML Parser, EMS, File R-RW, SOAP & JDBC palettes

Enhancement of BW codes & Prod code fixes, complying with SDLC process.

Worked on various EDI issues & research on trade document failure involving TIBCO Business
