Understand need of Client and all drilling services i.e. personnel requirements, operation, contracts, cost-analysis & operating on the rig. Manage unit personnel and perform/supervise the OJT for all SLS crew members within the unit. Routine maintenance and to supervise the SLS crew members as they execute the maintenance program as per the client requirement. Ensuring crew compliance with health and safety regulations at the rig site. Follow drilling activity as per programe, Ensure all data aquisition and interpretations of Formation evaluation, Gas evaluation with gas ratio logs, and all well drilling logs in the Final Well Report meet the required quality standards. Effective communications with the client, Participate with in daily control of work meeting with the Client, drilling company and other service personnel at the rig site during operation. Communicate between onshore personnel and ensure the awareness of the onshore organization towards the crew members.
