Managed and planed the successful deployment of over 254 pc’s including multi- function devices and printers at remote office locations. Installed, configured and worked along with the support team to establish an in-house guest network including guest Wi-Fi across 150 offices nationwide, thereby reducing costs completely on 3rd party monitoring and equipment. Successfully planned and managed the installation of Nest thermostats saving each location over $12,000 a year in energy costs.

Scripted installations for deployment to our user base with SCCM Assisted with internal/external network troubleshooting including carrier or provider connections.

Maintained records and inventory of site information, devices, hardware/software, etc. Managed vendors throughout the installation of new construction site surveillance and access control systems.

Supported and coordinated the installation of community wide Audio Visual Systems across the portfolio of offices.
