-Lead Generator: Assisted salespeople in selling timeshares by greeting and inviting

people to enter to win promotions.

Bon Secours Community Hospital: August, 2015- March, 2016

- Front Desk Volunteer. Signing people in and directing them to patients

rooms and other areas of the hospital. Previously solicited for the hospital’s Mission

Fund.

JC Penney April, 1993- February, 2012

-Provided customer service in the areas of fitting, coordinating and measuring, particularly

in the Men’s Suit Department.

-There was much cash handling involved. In addition to my cashier duties, I had daily respon-

sibility for the till- documenting monies distributed to associates for their registers and re-

conciling the till at the end of the day.

-Assisted customers in the processing of charge/credit applications and catalog referrals.

-Greeted customers in a friendly, professional manner upon their entering the Men’s Depart-

ment.

-In the midst of obtaining my life insurance license, I assisted the company in recruiting can-

didates to join in the company’s expansion in the New York/New Jersey area. This was

accomplished by telephoning the candidates who had resumes on Jobvertise and scheduling

them for one of our career nights.
