Responsible for successfully improving the entire Mastercard Corporate Products “enhanced data reporting and delivery” processes.

Implemented a Global Audit Repository database tool at PriceWaterhouseCoopers that allowed our Global Audit staff to effectively share information about our Top 100 clients worldwide.

Developed and deployed an Artificial Intelligence based investment questionnaire to gather and analyze client investment preferences for purposes of determining optimal investment strategies. This system won a Silver Level Quality award.

Created and implemented a company PMO team for an expanding “dotcom” organization.

Client Relationship Manager (2013 - 2016)

Serves as the ongoing liaison and facilitator between Department of Revenue (DOR) staff and all related SourceHOV departments, and possess the authority to act independently to resolve any project issues. The CRM will be involved in all project phases, from implementation to ongoing production. During implementation the CRM will interface directly with DOR and SourceHOV resources to ensure that the project is implemented on time and with minimal disruption to DOR and its ongoing operations. Responsibilities in the Operations and Technology Support team included providing client and technical support from pre-sales through delivery for Prepaid card programs. This included all software and hardware deliverables for the Pre-paid card programs.

Responsible for project management for all Commercial Card client data delivery and reporting applications and services. This included providing all client related training and support for new data specific products and services.

Responsible for handling all Procurement related data delivery and reporting for our corporate clients. This included Supply Chain management, POS systems, data integrity, data capture, and integration into client back office systems and enhanced reporting. In addition, this entailed handling product codes, government reporting requirements, socio-economic data, and IRS regulatory compliance and reporting requirements (1099/1057) and helping facilitate discounts and rebates based on spend.

Managed data augmentation between the MasterCard Data Warehouse team and third party data providers on a monthly basis. This included sending our proprietary data to the third party data facilitators to match (at a 98% confidence) and provide supplemental merchant data.

Worked with Departmental Managers to help establish a PMO for the Global Corporate Products group. This included developing “best practices”, standards and general guidelines for all projects.

Developed and launched the Corporate Payments Support Portal site that is the central repository for our enhanced data products. Responsible for user interface, screen layouts, testing and rollout.
