I set up the company following up all the appications process with the Dubai Municipality and the DED until obtaining the qualification of the company to obtain the Unlimited scope of work, enabling us to participate in any project

I selected and interviewed applcants for the positions of electrical / mechanical/structural and architectural positions

Business Development – Contacting potential clients

In charge of the pre-qualification files and contacts with potential developers (EMAAR – FALCON CITY – DAMAC – Majid AL FUTTAIM – AL WASL…)

I was in contact with the Authorities, in order to register our staff and get the approval for several engineers sent from Beirut office

Architectural work

I was in charge of the design and development of the 2 Elementary schools: 1for boys and 1 girls for an area on 3,621m for each school

I was in charge of the conceptual and detailed design of the Grand Mosque with an area of 1,100 m

Preliminary and final design of the administration building

Liaising with the client ( ARAMCO SAPMT team in the completion of the Thuwal project -500 housing compound for a value of Mio $500), I was reviewing the designs with the client and implementing the various building codes either those of Aramco or the IBC whichever was more demanding

Following the program of the project and the different milestones imposed by the client

Ensure all local authorities submissions were monitored to obtain approval

Ensure all designs were in accordance with the relevant standards (Aramco or local standards)

Close contact with JAFZA authorities for the implementation of the Green buildings (LEEDS) regulations and obtaining the NOC

Negociation with Al Zamil for the design and study of the metallic structure of the warehouse

In charge of the complete design from concept to tender. Applying with the different authorities of the NOC and final building permit.
