Holds full P&L responsibility for 10 flagship communities stretching from

Florida to Hawaii. This portfolio represents almost 2000 units of

Independent, Assisted and Memory Care units. This portfolio represents

almost $70,000,000 in annualized revenues and $31,000,000 in NOI. The group

averaged 91% occupancy for the year 2015. 2016, occupancy has climbed

another 0.5%. Responsible for the roll-out of a comprehensive level of care

roll out project to bring clarity to the care delivery and care plan

system, as well as capture higher level of care revenues through aging in

place. Rolled out an EMR program for medication delivery reducing the risk

for medication errors. Begun a pilot of an ALL Day dining program in one

community to become more competitive with the ever changing IL landscape.

living platform to include policies and procedures as well as systems.

Operations Specialist/Executive Director of flagship property (The Carlisle

Palm Beach)

Responsible for over-seeing the day to day operations of a flagship

property of 300 units. During this time, in addition to providing high

level leadership to grow this strategic asset, I was charged with managing

the multi-million dollar conversion project. Prior to the project, the

community was split 250 units of IL and 60 units of AL. Post project the

make-up of the Carlisle is 144 IL units, 90 AL units and 56 Memory Care

units. During the period of construction the community continued its

occupancy growth while managing customer service to a level that prevented

any move outs related to the conversion project. This community was on

average a $9 million dollar per year community. Post conversion project we

anticipate being a $12 million dollar plus community. In addition, this

community is comprised of 160 + FTE's.

TJM Properties - Florida June 2012-May 2013

Regional operator of assisted living facilities in three states
