•Responsible for managing technical support of legal systems.

•Maintained the Department Help Desk database.

•Followed up on service tickets, as well as coordinating timely completion of technical projects.

•Worked with senior executives to coordinate and provide close-in computer support for a diverse Legal Department comprised of several focused areas, including Theatrical Production, Litigation, Content Protection, Security and Investigations, Public Affairs, Legal Music, and Employment Law.

•Supported Investigations and Content Protection MAC users by integrating Apple OSX with an off-network cable ISP, as well as providing support for Mac users accessing the network through Citrix.
