Project Description
Cochin Shipyard was incorporated in the year 1972 as a fully owned Government of India company. In the last three decades the company has emerged as a forerunner in the Indian Shipbuilding & Ship repair industry. Project Tarang is the ERP Solution Implementation project undertaken to integrate all Ship building and Ship repair projects, finance, human resource, materials and design through SAP to enable efficient project based manufacturing and design to deliver process.
Responsibilities
Worked as Team Member and was responsible for the following object deliverables: 1. POC for CSL material codification in Material Master(MM01), Purchase Transactions(ME51n, ME21n, MIGO), Project Systems (CJ20n), SAP standard report enhancement in MM and PS. 2. Multiple Vendor Enhancement in Purchase requisition: Screen enhancement in ME51n. 3. PR Document types in PS: Enhancement for PR creation using custom PR document type from CJ20n 4. Marine Engineering Training Institute: Feedback transaction was developed using abap objects by applying MVC architecture and OOPs concept.
5. Man hour booking for PS: Webdynpro application developed for booking efforts for activities assigned to employees.
6. Sales Proposal Development for SD done as a screen variant for transaction VA11 and enhancements to achieve this process.
