Arbor Financial Systems (UK based MNC) provides Order and Portfolio Management Software for hedge funds across Europe and US. Arbor is a fast growing business with a great pipeline of business developing and delivering financial software for hedge funds to clients/brokers and have offices in Chandigarh/Mohali, London and US and potentially looking to spread operations in Hong Kong.

Roles handled are :

On boarding of new clients (have setup 4 international project for hedge fund clients).

Setting up and loading funds/valuation of funds.

Analyzing Client Business Requirement during the project.

Providing solutions to clients with Fund Reconciliations.

Coordinate with Prime Brokers/ Fund Administrator in connection with the setting up of new connections for trade recon and file transfers.

Set up OMS(order management system) rules, asset allocations, post trade and pre trade compliance rules.

Preparing Investment Performance reports covering Asset Allocation, holdings and Portfolio Performance.

Knowledge of FX, Capital Markets, Money Market and Financial Market.

Knowledge of MS-SQL, MS –Office and Bloomberg terminal.
