Assisted other departments to speed up productivity such as loading and unloading, the paint department. Ensured shop cleanliness to maintain a safe work environment.

United States Marine Corps, Weld Shop Manager June 2009 - June 2014

Ensured availability and delivery of metal work maintenance operations through coordination, scheduling, and communication with departments that provided support to the company.

Successfully managed the daily operations schedule and training requirements for 25 professional military personnel as the Weld Shop Manager (Platoon Sergeant).
