AS SENIOR MANAGER (OPERATIONS & COORDINATION)
SECURITY GUARDS MANAGEMENT:
i.Ensure completion, maintenance and updation of guards’ database both in ERP and hard form
ii.Make all due arrangements for completion of guards’ documentation all over the Pakistan; which may include:
a.Confirmation of guards’ status in ERP
b.Posting of accurate guards data in ERP
c.Formulate “Guards Analysis Report” for any change in guards’ strength on weekly basis.
iii.Formulate and execute “Duty Roosters” for day and night shifts of guards all over the Pakistan.
iv.Assess and analyze recruitment of all guards and make sure completion and authenticity of their documentation
v.Monitor and ensure that relevant entries regarding attendance of Security Guards/Supervisors are being made in ERP on daily basis.
SECURITY GUARDS AND SUPERVISORS’ TRAINING MANAGEMENT:
i.Prepare comprehensive manual for “SOS Training School” and make sure periodic review and revision of this manual according to new industry requirements
ii.Formulate plan for “On-Job” training of guards all over the Pakistan also make arrangements for due execution of training plan
iii.Formulate plan for training of supervisors all over the Pakistan also make arrangements for due execution of training plan
POSTS’ VISITS SCHEDULING AND REPORTING:
i.Monitor visits of posts all over the Pakistan and submit visit observations to Chief Executive Director/Executive Director on Weekly basis
ii.Conduct visits of all regional offices for monitoring and inspection also discuss their issues with Higher Management
iii.Responsible for removal of all discrepancies, observed during visits at posts
iv.Monitor and make sure posts’ visits of Patrolling Officers all over the Pakistan on daily/weekly and monthly basis
v.Make sure collection of “Posts’ Visits Reports” from Patrolling Officers and discuss the issues with Higher Management
vi.Formulate and execute “Armorer Visits” at different posts all over the Pakistan and ensure maintenance of weapons
WEAPONS, AMMUNITION, ACCESSORIES PURCHASE AND MANAGEMENT:
i.To maintain complete and detailed record of all the security equipment (Weapons) at all posts and regional offices all over the Pakistan i.e. date of purchase, warranty period, vendor name and after warrant maintenance contracts
ii.Assist and support the purchase of weapons, ammunition and other accessories
iii.Ensure country wide posting of all records related to weapons, ammunition, uniforms and accessories in ERP
NEW DEPLOYMENTS AND CRISIS MANAGEMENT:
i.Formulate and execute deployments plans for all over the Pakistan with due confirmation to clients regarding new deployments
ii.Handle and resolve all kind of emergent situations such as dacoity, adverse/astonishing events all over the Pakistan
iii.Formulate and execute comprehensive business continuity plan to deal with all types of emergent situations
ERP BASED REPORTING:
i.Collection and submission of ERP reports to Higher Management on weekly basis, which may include the followings:
a.Post wise weapons and ammunition issuance report
b.Status wise guards report
c.Newly joined and terminated/escaped guards reports
d.Daily guards attendance report.
COLLABORATION AND TEAM WORKING:
i.Ensure professional coordination and liaison with all Executive Teams deputed either at Head Office or Regional Offices
ii.Ensure the collection of all staff attendance sheets including Head Office and Regional Offices on daily basis.
AS REGIONAL MANAGER (OPERATIONS)
Induct restructuring and establishment reforms in Operations.
To make sure attendance feeding in ERP (On daily basis).
Ensure Punctuality and attendance of Operational Staff and their proper dressing.
To overcome shortfall at his region and ensure to avoid the same by exercising strict monitoring and supervision over the visit of supervisors at the locations.
To prepare visit reports of patrolling officers on daily basis.
To minutely go through all complaints and ensure timely solutions thereof.
To conduct visit of the clients in phases and submission report to Head of Operations on weekly basis.
To interact with clients for updating their complaint solutions.
To prepare and examine the schedule weapon maintenance report on weekly basis.
To prepare report of daily fine / incentive to guards for onward reporting to finance department.
Preparation of duty rooster / plan of touring of patrolling officers (internal).
To prepare periodical visit plan of Armor.
To supervise and monitor the arrangement made by responsible staff for new deployment and ensure accomplishment the task successfully.
To fulfill the demand of arms and accessories (for new deployment / replacement) through department.
To submit daily complaints and solution report to Head of Operations on daily basis.
To prepare the schedule of periodical fire practice / test and submit report thereof to Head of Operations.
