Operations Management

Director of Operations (contract) Facility includes small truck fleet, Waste water treatment plant. Two Warehouses, Automated manufacturing site with 130 people. Iberia Foods – Interim Director of Operations at 375,000 sq. ft. bottling plant which included a separate Waste water treatment plant, Warehouse, Manufacturing, small truck fleet and 130 employees. Accomplishments included Implementing Lean Manufacturing concepts to reduce head count and inventory levels. The team implemented WMS system into manufacturing and distribution at two sites. Reduced trucker wait times at distribution center by half.

CSM Bakery Products – Capital projects manager. Completed review and justification of Capital equipment for manufacturing and wrote Capital appropriations request for several Capital equipment projects. Provided support to marketing new product development team.

American Safety & Equipment – Flint, Michigan 2006 – 2012
