OBJECTIVES:

I would like to find a position in Business Development, Human Resources. Where I can put my many years of experience and leadership to good use assisting other Veterans.

SKILLS:

I have over 20 years in Financial Services Management Sales and counseling. I have over 40 years Military active and reserve, highest rank held (Enlisted) E-7 Sargent First Class, as an (Officer) 0-4 Major. I have run top offices with as many as 30 personnel and staff. I have been trained on and work with micro soft office, excel and power point. I have been involved in hiring, interviewing, sales training, record keeping, kept an office budget I have counseled person on financial matter and on health matter. I Have been trained and have work as a personnel specialist and supervisor (Human Resources).I have been trained and worked as a Chaplin’s Assistant.

Reviewing first party receivables ensuring accuracy of co-pays, conversions and other non-automated co-payment activities.

Organizing and retrieves computerized data.

Evaluating and performs a detailed analysis of data received from various sources.

Reviewing documents, reports, and applications for completeness and accuracy.

Generating reports on a variety of data.

Entering information into an automated tracking system.

Providing patient education and assistance about services.

Providing appropriate answers to customer service inquiries regarding accounts receivable, means and co-payment testing, and health insurance related issues.

Establishing and maintains an effective working relationship with coworkers.

Providing helpful and courteous service to insurance carriers and other business entities.
