Selected Accomplishments
Project managed $28M development of 101-acre site, life style. Responsibilities included twelve (12e retail center) buildings totaling 2,000,000 sf; structural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, parking structure and offsite improvements connecting project to city streets and city infrastructure; water/waste water/electrical/telephone/data.
Managed two phases of $25M multi-facility building project for GSA. Led construction of ten professional office facilities for General Services Administration (GSA) of U. S. government specializing in construction of base buildings and tenant fit out through completion and customer occupancy.
Led field technical support on $110M TVA construction project. Managed 15 engineers responsible for mechanical, electrical and structural activities for construction of Selective Catalytic Reduction Project. Integrated schedules, cost and quantities. Interfaced with design engineering firms. Directed structural installations.
Turned around failing $2M facility facelift project. Took ownership without management instruction of significantly off-track project involving several managers. Prepared and presented solution. Solved problem. Project, scheduled as minor "face lift, turned into major reconstruction. Building was completely gutted and rebuilt.
Reenergized stalled/over-budget building construction project. Half-finished project needed to be completed next day. Challenged GC to complete work by next morning or be replaced by in-house contractors. GC completed in process work as directed. Project delivered successfully with value added and above expectations.

Sr. Project Manager/QC: Sonic Systems International, 2015-2016. Laguna Verde Nuclear Station, Veracruz, Mexico; National Inspection & Consultants, LLC, 2015. TVA at Browns Ferry and Sequoyah Nuclear Plants.
Engineering Project Manager, Enserv, Robinson Nuclear Plant, 2011-2015. PMCoE certified Project Manager responsible for facility oversight upgrades and supplemental maintenance of 800 MW nuclear power plant.
Quality Control Inspector: DZ Atlantic, 2011-2011. Performed examination of materials, components and systems at McGuire and Oconee Nuclear Station; Performed quantitative/qualitative examination of materials, components and systems for: Progress Energy 2009-2010.
