Led team of 20 consultants and worked with IBM Technical Team to implement a 300-user call center application with many interfaces to legacy and third party systems. Hired as consultant for 18 months to advise client on numerous business-critical aspects, including high availability/load-balanced UNIX servers for Schneider National (Transportation Company).
