ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION DUE TO CASHEW NUT INDUSTRY.

Summary: As a part of the project I have gone through various AQI indexes in different locations where the Cashew nut industries located and how to manage wastewater and the safety and health standards of the workers and people living near the factories

Inspector

Worked with Major clients such as Toll Brothers, CMA, Lend Lease, Gilbane, and other major construction companies all over New York City area and Brooklyn.

Performed daily inspection of Concrete, Grout, and plant inspections for major concrete suppliers like Empire Transit Mix, Tech Crete, and Jenna.

Performed concrete tests in compliance with ACI standards such as Sieve Analysis of fine and coarse aggregate. Spread/Slump ASTM C143, Unit Weight C138, Air ASTM C173/ASTM C231 and Microwave Testing to check water-cement ratio.

Compared the results to TR3 information provided and design mixes.

Reported results to the contractor and making sure everything is in compliance with the standards.

ASSISTANT PLANT ENGINEER

Assisted in Office Engineering work such as checking the Amount of concrete to be sent out of the plant and the quantity of sand and gravel required for that and placing orders for the next batch.

Performed daily inspection of concrete and ensured that the work in compliance with ISI standards.

Supervised Concrete tests and collected concrete samples.

On a daily basis, checking the compliance of Sand and Gravel quality used in the mixture of Concrete and performed various tests for assuring the Quality

Assisted in the Plant operations and helped in manufacturing the Ready Mix Concrete to on-site under controlled operations using sophisticated methods.
