I have 1yr. Experience in councilor in preened funeral planning, seven years as a
assistant. Over 20 years in medical field in multiple settings as a LPN and EMT along
with hands on in medical office such as filling, obtaining PA, coding for proper dx.
Knowledge of state federal medicare and medicaid guidelines, developing xrays,
obtaining lab orders, entering them into system for pick up, asserted with minor surgery,
autoclave, pt. Call backs, EKG all diagnostic testing. Your normal medical office
setting. I have been apart of medical administrative staff which included on call and
reporting to administrator on Monday to inform of all decisions made regarding any
complaints from staff, family, and pt. And how that I handled each each issue. Over 13yr
in customer service, retail, management,payroll etc. and data entry. With Homeland
Security was internal and external customer service and your normal office setting.
Though I’ve been out of the work force, I have stayed current with the changes and
maintained my skills. I have experience in ms MS Word, MS Excel and Edison. I have
certificate in medical terminology. Multitasking able operate multiple phone lines and
problem solver. Customer service knowledge has came from each position I have held
rather it be medical, retail or clerical. I am a team player, people person.
